Through a series of different experiences, I have come to realize health is incredibly multi-dimensional. It is often impossible to achieve real healing without addressing the entirety of a person’s physical, mental, emotional, and energetic being. My professional and personal trajectory has helped shape my outlook on what it means to be healthy through witnessing my client’s journey through pain, chronic illness, and various conditions. As a lifelong learner, I am always searching for ways to serve my clients better and understand the human body from a place of empathy and curiosity.
