Service Description

Pilates uses mindful movement, breath work and core stabilization to minimize pain, bring awareness into your body and give more mobility. I offer customized sessions in person or online for Private sessions. What to expect during a session: Bring a water bottle, small towel and grip socks. Small check in with Teacher to make sure everything is addressed before starting. Depending on your needs and situation we may be doing Mat work, Reformer Work and/or both. Mat Work is where we are just on the Pilates Mat utilizing your own body weight and the Reformer is an exercise machine that helps aid in stretching and strengthening but also offers more resistance. Both modalities are beneficial to pain management, flexibility and strength building.

Cancellation Policy

24 hrs advanced notice is required for cancellation or rescheduling original appointments. Appointments with less than 24 hrs notice will be subjected to full charge of session, same for no shows. If you come late to your appointment, your session will end at original time so it doesn't cut into another client's session. If you have any COVID Symptoms you may cancel free of charge.
