Service Description

Practicing Reiki through Usui Lineage, using the Universal Energy to balancing the energies that can be stagnant from stress, trauma, chronic pain or fatigue. Reiki energy flows through the body to the hands of the Reiki practioner and transfers into the cells of the person receiving the treatment. Its usually suggested to have more than one session in order to really shift things around, depending on your needs 3-4 consistent sessions will offer bigger results. What to expect during session? Typically you are wearing comfortable clothing unless added into a Massage or Lymph Drainage session. You will chat with your Practitioner about what your needs are, so as a team you can decide what's the best session plan of action. That could mean a full body session or maybe a more focus session. The practitioner begins with a few breathing cues to let you be present in your body. When hands are placed you might feel heat, tingling or a warm sensation surrounding that area. After the session some people will experience: -Calmness -Light dehydration -Less Pain -Better Sleep that evening -Remembering Dreams the next day -Lighter in movement and energy

Cancelation Policy

24 hrs advanced notice is required for cancellation or rescheduling original appointments. Appointments with less than 24 hrs notice will be subjected to full charge of session, same for no shows. If you come late to your appointment, your session will end at original time so it doesn't cut into another client's session. If you have any COVID Symptoms you may cancel free of charge.
